Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns or exchanges only in cases where items are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality-related reasons, including but not limited to:
• Personal preference
• Sizing issues
• Color differences caused by screen display
All eligible return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery.
How to Report an Issue
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at
support@camfigue.net within 7 business days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem
Our customer care team will review your request and assist you accordingly.
Return Shipping
If your return or exchange is approved due to a product defect or incorrect item, we will provide further instructions on how to proceed.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Final Sale & Personalized Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please note that personalized or custom-made items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once an order has been placed.
We encourage you to review all customization details carefully before completing your purchase.
International Orders
For international orders, please note that delivery times and return procedures may vary.
Approved returns related to product defects will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
